I built it solo on TanStack Start and Cloudflare Workers, with a cron-driven publish engine, one adapter per network, and a full MCP server and REST API so AI agents can drive it.
Bikkel is a strength-training tracker — reusable routines, a set-by-set workout logger, body measurements and progress charts, wrapped in an industrial "cast iron" design. It's two surfaces over one shared core (a phone-first training app and a desktop planning hub), it ships as a single Cloudflare Worker, and it has a built-in MCP server so you can point an AI coach straight at your own training data. Built solo, end to end.
